I miss autumn...

I LIKE living in Florida, I swear... but the seasons suck something fierce. It is now mid-October, and it is still what I consider "summer". In NC, where I lived for half my life, it is in the mid-60s every day. I miss it, by Satan! I'm so tired of being hot every damned day. I miss seeing the leaves change, and that brisk smell in the air.

I need to take a trip north, and soon.
